A dedicated team of Haywood clinicians and friends have successfully completed their 12th annual charity bike ride, covering an incredible 180 miles from Stone, Staffordshire, to the iconic Stonehenge and raising an impressive £1,339.73 for the Haywood Foundation.
The cyclists embarked on their three-day journey with a shared commitment to supporting people living with arthritis and related musculoskeletal conditions across our community. Their route took them through Birmingham’s historic canal network, the beautiful Cotswolds, and across Salisbury Plain before reaching their final destination at one of Britain’s most famous landmarks.
The annual ride has become a much-loved tradition, bringing together colleagues, friends and supporters in aid of a cause close to their hearts. Now in its 12th year, the challenge continues to demonstrate the dedication, teamwork and determination of everyone involved.
Every mile cycled and every pound raised will help the Haywood Foundation continue its valuable work, supporting people affected by arthritis and musculoskeletal conditions through projects and initiatives designed to improve wellbeing, independence and quality of life.
The team would like to thank everyone who donated, offered encouragement and helped make this year’s ride such a success. Together, they have raised £1,339.73, making a meaningful difference to the lives of people supported by the Foundation.
